I have never been a blogger so I am just learning.  To post a comment to the blog click on where it says no comments or  how many comments there are already..  This will take you to a screen that allows you to post.  Once approved, these comments will be accessible to anyone who clicks on where it says comments.  Most say no comments because no one has made any comments yet. 


Ticks are more rampant because of the weather in many parts of the country this year.  It is important to check both you and you PON(s) after spending time outdoors, particularly if you live in a deer environment.   They can cause many serious diseases but as a rule if you remove them within 12-24 hours they don't cause harm.  Some are as small as a pin head so you may have to look very carefully.  For instructions on how to safely remove them visit
